The following two items are Gerry Golla's reports on the crash of C-IAUE, that killed Vern Rees and his student Ryan Chute on August 17, 2009.
The first is a fairly short report (1.2 Mb.pdf) that describes in general what happened, and what to check on your airplane, if you own a Sylvare Bushmaster or Husky Norsman.
